SHIPYARD SELECTION
We follow a very streamlined selection process of inspection and selection of ship yards to suit client new building projects. The submission of the yard report consists of several elements.
DESIGN and PLAN APPROVALS
We have a team which can study the shipyard designs and suggest changes if required and work on plan approvals with the classification society. We can also work with -pre-approved designs.
SPECIFICATION STUDY
We can study the specification through our team of experts and offer changes to suit client requirements.
OVERALL SUPERVISION
We provide a team of subject matter experts to monitor the construction of the projects.
- Provide regular weekly and monthly reports.
- Comment on project timelines and key milestones.
- Attend to shop trials, sea trials and commissioning
POST SUPERVISION
We can also provide assistance in preparation of warranty claims and discuss with shipyard on remedial actions.
